SAN DIEGO, CA – Police are still looking for the driver who struck and injured a bicyclist in Pacific Beach early last week and then fled the scene.
NBC San Diego reports that the victim has since been identified as Lindsay Epstein, 43. Epstein had been riding her bicycle near the intersection of Ingraham Street and Fortuna Avenue at about 10:40 p.m. on April 19, when she was hit by a dark-colored SUV that drove away from the scene without stopping.

Epstein was thrown face-first onto the roadway, fracturing her skull. She is currently in a medically induced coma at Scripps Memorial Hospital.
