Bricia Villasenor-Botello was driving on West 10th Avenue in the direction of the roundabout at Steptoe Street as she lost control of her vehicle.
The Jeep rammed through the roundabout intersection, struck the adjacent sidewalk and catapulted at least 150 feet in the air, passing the east fork of Amon Creek, which operates as an irrigation waste-way for the Kennewick Irrigation Distrct.
Her Jeep tumbled through a fence, past a backyard and through a second fence prior to crashing in the second backyard of a residence on West Ninth Place.
Villasenor-Botello, who indeed was wearing her seat belt and was still wearing her Panda Express work uniform, was pronounced dead at the scene. It is still unclear if she died from injuries from the crash or suffered a medical condition prior to losing control.
Kennewick law enforcement reported that there is no indication that alcohol was a factor.
