DEADLY HIT-AND-RUN DUI ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION
Everett law enforcement personnel continue to investigate this fatal accident and liability on the part of Barajas seems to be quite clear in this incident as he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision and brazenly bolted from the scene after the crash.
An independent probe might be needed to uncover other possible factors in the case, such as the results of a lab test to discover the blood-alcohol content of the purportedly drunk driver.
