SINGLE-CAR HIGH-SPEED COLLISION PROBE
Officials in Snohomish County are looking deeper into the details behind the wreck, and efforts are being made to sort out various potential contributing circumstances that caused this terrible accident. The driver, due to his possible excessive speeding, could very well be fined or face charges.
Based on data from the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, approximately 35,000 people perish every year in vehicle-related crashes. In over half of those cases, excessive speeding was a key cause. The injuries suffered by the victims of these crashes can be significant and carry long-term consequences.
It is important to have an attorney retained during these trying times, as they have the resources to help.
According to the Legal Advocate:
“In addition to a police report, an attorney will carefully review what may have contributed to the crash,” said Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Sanchez-Gordon. “Your lawyer has the resources to hire expert witnesses, conduct drivers’ background checks, locate witnesses to the crash and review applicable insurance coverage. Serving as an advocate, an attorney can help compassionately guide a family during this difficult time, while protecting their legal rights.”
