Juarez was attempting to navigate a curve when he lost control of the Buick. After losing control, he ended up spinning across the road and into a tree that was along the side of the road.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office and emergency medical personnel made it to the scene of the accident, but still pronounced Juarez dead at the scene. The preliminary report that was released did not indicate if Juarez was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
It is unclear if the roads were still wet from the rain earlier in the day or even if it was still raining at the time of Juarez’s accident. Police did not indicate any factor that they believe in having been a reason for the accident.
At this point, an autopsy may be required to find out if Juarez was under the influence at the time of the accident. Police have not indicated what the next step in their investigation is.
At this time, both of the accidents are under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
