One of the accident reports from Ceres, California, tells of a man who survived a tragic accident that left another dead over the weekend. The authorities said that Raul Soto Hernandez, 53, sustained injuries from the Saturday, May 30th, accident.
According to the Ceres Police Department, the auto crash occurred in the area of Hatch Road and Central Avenue at about 6:45 a.m. The events that led to the accident began with the deceased, a 65-year-old Turlock woman.

The investigators said she was driving a car on the eastbound lane of Hatch Road, approaching Central when she collided with Hernandez, who was turning left on the latter. The impact of the collision ended the female driver’s life at the scene, and responding paramedics pronounced her dead.
The paramedics took the male driver to an area hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries. There is no update on Hernandez’s condition at the time of this report. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
