Updates of an accident report from last week, released on Tuesday, September 29th, disclosed that the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department arrested the DUI driver involved in a fatal crash in Jurupa Valley, California. Josue Ayala Flores, 33, would need a drunk driving attorney’s service.
In a press release, the sheriff’s officials said that the accident caused by the San Bernardino man killed two women. It happened around 6:10 p.m. on Friday at Mission Boulevard and Pedley Road.

Deputies from the sheriff’s department took Flores into custody on Sunday and remanded him in the Robert Presley Detention Center. They are holding him on suspicion of causing great bodily harm while intoxicated, and violating terms of his state parole.
The suspect also faces multiple counts of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. There is no information on his bail condition at this time.
The crash report disclosed that the collision led to a fire, and when deputies arrived at the scene, they found three women in the burning vehicle. One of the victims died at the crash site, and medics took two to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment.
One of the women died at the hospital, while the others whom the police described as the driver sustained severe injuries. The sheriff’s department said that the motorist is expected to survive. The identities of the women remain unknown.
The police said that Flores sustained injuries, and received treatment in a hospital before being taken to the jail. There is no additional information.
