FONTANA, CA – A Tesla slammed into a semi-truck Wednesday morning, killing one and injuring two others. The crash occurred around 2:35 a.m. on the 210 Freeway in Fontana.
A motorist stopped by to help the driver of an overturned semi-truck out of his vehicle. A Tesla then slammed into both people. The Tesla driver, an unidentified 35-year-old, died at the scene.
The truck driver, a 50-year-old man, and the individual who helped him, a 30-year-old, suffered major injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.
