SAN DIEGO, CA – A multi-vehicle crash injured at least two people Tuesday in the Mission Valley community of San Diego, reports NBC San Diego.
The incident happened around noon Tuesday on SR-163. Emergency crews arrived on the scene to find five vehicles total were involved in the accident.

Two people have been hospitalized in serious condition so far. No details are available at this time concerning what caused the accident.
