ESCONDIDO, CA – A driver suspected in an hit and run accident was hospitalized after crashing into a parked semi-truck on Tuesday, reports Times of San Diego.
Emergency responders were dispatched to Felicita Rd around 8:20 p.m. after receiving reports of the collision.

The driver, a 26-year-old man, was not wearing his seat belt and was ejected through the windshield of his vehicle.
Following the collision, the his vehicle erupted in flames. The driver was rescued from the burning wreckage by first responders.
The 26-year-old was hospitalized at Palomar Medical Condition in critical condition.
