VALLEY CENTER, CA – The identity of the motorcyclist killed on May 16 in an accident has been revealed, reports Times of San Diego.
First responders were dispatched to Irish Oaks Rd and Valley Center Rd around 1:45 p.m. after receiving reports of a collision.

Kaulana Miller, 26, was struck by a truck that made a left hand turn in front of them. Miller was transported to a hospital in Escondido where he died.
The truck that killed Miller was driven by Oswaldo Garcia, 39. Garcia has been charged with gross vehicular Manslaughter. He has entered a not guilty plea.
In addition to gross vehicular manslaughter, Garcia is also charged with two felony DUI’s.
