Accident reports state that a man identified as Michael Endres was the victim of a motorcycle crash in Skyway, California. Authorities, on Thursday, May 28, also confirmed the victim as the missing Paradise man that officials had been searching for.
The Paradise Police Department, PPD, made a public release, where they explained the events leading to the discovery of Endres’ body. According to them, a search party continued their search for him on Thursday.

Around 9 AM, a helicopter belonging to the Butte County Sheriff’s Office, BCSO, located the body of a man down off of Skyway, close to Humbug Summit Road. This was after the helicopter began searching the route Endres told his friend he was going to pass.
After getting closer, officers found that the body was that of Endres. Preliminary investigations carried show that there is no suspicion of foul play, drugs, or alcohol, playing roles in the case. However, they are continuing with investigations.
Earlier on, a motorcycle crash was reported in the area, with the description of the bike involved and the age of the deceased matching Endres.
Previous reports stated that Endres left his home on Monday, May 25. He left on a black 2017 Yamaha FZ10c with green wheels. After he didn’t return, a “Be On the Lookout” was issued, while a missing person report was taken.
According to accident reports, the PPD, BCSO, and the California Highway Patrol teamed up for the search.
