Motorcycles have proven more dangerous than cars in recent years due to the high rate of traffic fatalities and injuries. Although car and motorcycle accidents result from similar factors, the motorcyclist faces more danger, especially in high-risk areas like road intersections, potholes or lane diversions. Being smaller and less stable than a car does little in abating the plight of motorcycle users on roadways.
In cases of car-motorcycle accidents, a motorcycle attorney can help establish the cause of the crash, the liable party, as well as the best approach in recovering compensations for resulting damages.
