Lattimore Materials Corporation is a Swiss company that has offices all over the world, including the trucking company in Texas.
According to reports from the U.S. Department of Transportation that KPRC 2 obtained, Lattimore has had a total of 9 accidents in Texas. Four of these resulted in injury, non-inclusive of Friday’s double casualty.
The company has a series of violations on record with the Department of Transportation. A total of 226 to be exact. Many of these are violations of not properly securing the loads on their trucks.
