Two young men arrested in Whitfield County, Georgia, after fleeing from the police and crashing a vehicle, would need the expertise of a top accident lawyer. On Tuesday, May 12th, the authorities took Laderron Freeman, 18, and Martinez Billups, 17, both of Chattanooga, Tennessee, into custody.
The Georgia State Patrol in a press release said at about 1 p.m., a trooper called in a 2017 Audi Q5 speeding on Interstate 75. The driver — Freeman — was going 17 mph over the legal speed limit. The lawman then turned on his emergency lights to get the young man to pull over, but he kept going.

The teenager drove through the interstate to the south exit of I-315. The vehicle left the roadway, re-entered it, and kept going north. The trooper now joined by other GSP officers followed the suspect to the exit of I-328. From there, the chase moved to Ga. 3, where the Audi side-swept other cars on the roadway.
Freeman, at this point, lost control of the automobile and crashed. The troopers apprehended him and Billups while trying to flee, after exiting the wrecked car. But another teen traveling with the duo escaped.
SWAT and an aviation team commenced a manhunt for the escapee and arrested a 16-year-old male in connection to the crash. Further investigation revealed that the trio stole the Audi earlier this week from Chattanooga.
The suspects were also in possession of stolen handguns during their arrest. The trio is facing felony charges, several counts of fleeing the police, obstruction, and driving citations, hence the top accident lawyer.
The authorities will try the 16-year-old as a juvenile, while Freeman and Billups, who are at the Whitfield County Jail, will get tried as adults.
