The Illinois State Patrol revealed in a Wednesday, July 22nd press release that a woman lost her life in an accident that injured a 4-year-old girl. The crash that killed 34-year-old Jessica E. White of Berwyn occurred on Eisenhower Expressway near Forest Park in Chicago, Illinois.
According to the ISP investigators, the victim crashed into a wall at about 2 p.m. after going off the eastbound travel lane for unknown reasons. The accident occurred precisely near Des Plaines Avenue. The crash impact caused White’s Chevrolet Trailblazer to go across the expressway and strike the right concrete wall.

The woman sustained severe wounds, and medics took her to a hospital where she died at about 2:38 p.m. The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office said White died from her injuries and ruled her death an accident. The 4-year-old girl received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. There is no additional information.
