The four people killed in a traffic accident in Peoria, Illinois, were identified by the Peoria County Coroner’s Office on Sunday, September 27th. Coroner Jamie Harwood revealed their names as Jazzman Burns, 22, Diamond Williams, 18, Quanylan Thomas, 19, and Tyesha Thomas, 18.
The victims are residents of Peoria. Harwood said that three of them were trapped in the crashed vehicle, while one person ended up on the roadway after getting ejected. The Peoria Fire Department had to extricate the trio inside the car.

Burns, Williams, Quanylan, and Tyesha died at about 4:41 a.m. Sunday, at the accident scene. The PCCO have autopsies in progress to determine the cause of death, and they will release an update once the information becomes available.
The car accident report released by the Peoria Police Department revealed that the vehicle carrying the quartet crashed into a tree. It happened near the intersection of Washington Street and Darst Street.
Chief Stephen Rada of the Fire Department Battalion said that when crews arrived at the crash site shortly after 3:45 a.m., they found the car with substantial damage. The preliminary investigation revealed that the vehicle was traveling at top speed when the driver lost control, causing it to spin.
Rada said that they blocked Washington Street from the 3200-block to Adams Street while the police investigated and cleared the scene. The inquiry into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
