Motor vehicle accidents are the leading causes of death in California and the United States. Causes of traffic crashes are avoidable if drivers prioritize safety and follow tips released by law enforcement and traffic agencies from time to time.
Safety tips include obeying all traffic lights, turn signs, stop signs, and exit signs, and driving on a single lane without weaving in and out of traffic. Avoid illegal lane change, maintain the speed limit of each roadway, avoid all forms of distractions, and avoid driving the wrong way. If impaired, do not drive, and seek alternative transportation means.
