Jason Paul Napp, 31, of San Bernardino, California, would require the services of a drunk driving attorney following his arrest by the police. The man was taken into custody by the police on Tuesday, April 14th, after his car ended up in a ravine.
The single-vehicle crash, according to the authorities, occurred at about 2:30 p.m. in the 31000-block of Live Oak Canyon Road. Redland Police and Fire Department responded to a 911 call about a rollover collision.

When units from both departments got to the scene, they found that the vehicle was off the roadway and determined that Napp had fled the car. They also discovered that he took with him his 3-year-old son, who was a passenger in the vehicle.
The officers began a search of the two and called in the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department for air assistance. They located Napp and the little boy in a steep ravine about 1 mile from the crash site. Officers then made their way into the canyon and brought out the man and his child.
The SBCD said that helicopter Air Rescue 360 performed a hoist rescue to remove the suspect and the boy from the ravine. The child sustained minor injuries, and both he and his father were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The police determined that the man was driving under the influence. They booked Napp into the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino and set his bail bond at $100 000. He is facing DUI and child endangerment charges.
Those involved in a DUI accident should contact a drunk driving attorney for legal advice and representation.
