A bicycle accident attorney won’t be needed following the identification of the man who died in a vehicle accident in Napa, California. The Napa County Sheriff’s Department released his name on Wednesday, April 15th, as Isac Avila Avina, a 67-year-old resident of Unincorporated Napa County.
The NCSD said that the man was involved in a solo accident on Sunday, April 12th. The crash occurred at about 2:05 p.m. outside of Avina’s home located on the 2500-block of Atlas Peak Road. The deceased was about entering his driveway when he lost control and fell off the bicycle.

The man ended up in a 15-feet concrete ditch on the side of his driveway. The NCSD received a call about the crash and dispatched a rescue team to the scene. When the first responders arrived, they found Avina with severe injuries.
They successfully got the then-injured man out, but his wounds were quite extensive, and he passed away. The cause of the tragic crash remains unknown, and the authorities are still investigating.
