An update to a car accident report revealed that the authorities identified the man who died in a solo crash in the Mount Hamilton area of Santa Clara County, California. On Friday, May 29th, the county’s medical examiner revealed the victim’s name as James Yacorzynski, 60, of Pleasanton.
The crash report released by the California Highway Patrol showed that the deceased went to the afterlife after his car crashed at a remote road in the mountain region. The investigators believe he was on the eastbound roadway of Hamilton but could not piece the remaining facts together.

Yacorzynski was driving a White Tesla when he crashed to his death. CHP Officer Ross Lee said a county employee discovered the wrecked car on Tuesday, May 26th, at about 2 p.m. The employee was working on Mines Road, but the investigators did not disclose if the body of the deceased was found in the vehicle or the surrounding area.
The investigation into the accident’s cause is ongoing as the police try to figure out the day the accident occurred. There is no additional information at this time.
