A young man in Roswell, Georgia, would need the services of a top accident lawyer following his arrest by the police on Sunday, May 3rd. The Roswell Police Department took Isaac Hammond, 23, into custody after he fled from a robbery scene and crashed a short while after.
The preliminary report by the RPD showed that they received a robbery call from a McDonald’s restaurant located at 2950 Holcomb Bridge Road. One of the officers who responded to the call saw the red Mustang driven by Hammond — the robbery suspect — in the area of Holcomb Woods Parkway.

The officer, name withheld, said that when the suspect realized that they had identified him, he took off at top speed. The young man soon lost control of the car, and it went airborne before crashing through a large commercial sigh at the Holcomb Woods Business Park.
Hammond then came out of the vehicle and fled on foot, disappearing into the nearby tree line. The police started searching for the suspect and found him after a while, crawling out of some bushes at a home. They took him into custody without struggle and booked him into the Fulton County Jail.
The authorities did not release the terms of the young man’s bond, but they charged him with hit-and-run, fleeing, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He is also facing charges of speeding, reckless driving, and driving on the wrong side of the road.
Those involved in a vehicular crash during a police chase should hire a top accident lawyer for legal advice and representation.
