A man who killed a minor in a collision in Marietta, Georgia, would require the services of a top accident lawyer. According to the authorities, David Mondecar, 65, outlived the 11-year-old boy he collided with on Sunday, April 19th.
The police said that the fatal accident occurred at about 5 p.m. on Lucky Drive. Mondecar was heading west in a red 2005 VolvoXC90 when he turned a sharp left corner. At the same time, the unidentified boy, who lived on the road, was heading towards the curve from the opposite direction.

Mondecar could not avoid the bike, and he ended up colliding with the boy. The child sustained severe injuries, and the first responders took him to a hospital in Kennestone, where the doctors tried in vain to save him.
The boy was pronounced dead at the hospital, but the Volvo driver survived with little or no injuries. The police have not stated if the man would get charged, and the accident remains under investigation.
When a vehicle collides with a motorcycle, pedestrian, or bicycle, the driver usually goes unscathed while the motorcyclist, pedestrian, or bicyclist sustain fatal wounds. Accident reports have shown that the fault goes both ways sometimes, and at other times, it lies solely on the motorist.
When it’s the latter, investigators would determine the degree of negligence of the driver in bringing a charge against him or her. A victim can also sue to recover damages, and a top accident lawyer would be needed to handle the legal issues.
