A motorcycle attorney would come in handy following the identification of a man who died earlier this week after his motorcycle collided with a moving car in Perris, California. The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner’s Bureau on Tuesday, June 16, named the fatal victim as Daniel Guadiana, a 27-year-old man from Ontario.
According to the California Highway Patrol records, the accident happened at approximately 6:57 p.m., on Monday, June 15. The reports show that Guadiana encountered the two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Evans Road and Lemon Avenue.

Preliminary investigations indicated that the victim was crossing the intersection in his motorcycle when an oncoming car struck him. The motorcycle rider suffered severe injuries in the traffic wreck, which led to his death. The reports provided by the CHP and the sheriff’s office confirmed that no other casualty resulted from the occurrence.
The man did not appear to have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the crash, CHP officials said. No information was immediately available about the identity and condition of the occupants of the car involved. Additional details about the accident are pending.
The cause and liability of the incident remain under investigation by the California Highway Patrol. Investigators would look into possible causative factors like speed, distracted driving, mechanical faults, or impatience, and communicate their findings in an updated accident report.
Anyone who has lost a loved one in a traffic collision involving a motorcycle should contact a motorcycle attorney as soon as possible.
