The services of a drunk driving attorney would be useful following the identification of a motorcyclist who died in an auto-motorcycle collision in Tucson, Arizona. The authorities on Sunday, May 17th, revealed the victim’s identity as Cory Troutman, 36.
According to the Tucson Police Department, the fatal accident occurred on the night of Friday, May 15th near Midtown. Officers and Tucson Fire crew responded to a call about a severe-injury vehicle in the area, precisely at the intersection of 22nd Street and Swan Road at about 8:30 p.m.

When they arrived at the scene, they found Troutman severely injured, and the medics rushed him to University Medical Center for immediate treatment. The investigators, who stayed back at the location, uncovered that the victim’s motorcycle collided against a red 2009 Toyota Scion driven by Karen Burgan, 55.
The TPD said that the woman was heading east on 22nd before entering the left turn lane to go northbound on Swan. The east and west lanes of 22nd had the right of way, with Troutman’s 2004 Harley-Davidson Road Bike travelling westbound.
Both vehicles collided as Burgan turned left in front of the deceased. The police said the victim lived through Friday night, but passed away at an undisclosed time on Saturday, May 16th. A DUI investigator at the scene determined the female driver was under the influence when the accident occurred.
The officers took her into custody on charges of DUI and aggravated assault, hence the drunk driving attorney. There is no additional charge at this time, but that can change due to the death of the motorcyclist. The investigation remains active.
