Two-vehicle collisions often involve two drivers and can either be a head-on crash, rear-ended or broadsided collision. Common causes of this type of accident include speeding, wrong-way driving, illegal lane change, and disobedience to stop signs and traffic lights.
California Law enforcement agencies and traffic authorities ask drivers to follow safety tips when on the road. They include driving on the right lane, obeying traffic rules and regulations, and stopping at red lights.
Drivers should also wear their seat belts when driving, maintain their vehicles frequently, and maintain the speed limit always. When a crash occurs, file an accident report with the appropriate agency and carry out all the legal requirements.
