The Cobb County School District in which the teens attended have been proactive following the events of Friday night. The Principal, Matt Moody, spoke with the boys’ parents and confirmed it was okay to share the events of Friday’s accident with the faculty and students.
This was done to stop rumors of how the accident happened and the details surrounding it. He gave each of the teachers a copy of the facts to share with their first period classes.
