The authorities identified the motorcyclist who died in an accident in the Desert Hot Springs area of California on Tuesday, April 28th. Branden Ocampo, 27, passed away after his bike collided with a vehicle, and a motorcycle attorney would be useful in addressing legal issues.
The preliminary accident report showed that the motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries after slamming into an SUV on State Route 62 on Saturday, April 25th. Sgt. Steve Albert of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office said that they received news of the crash at about 12:30 p.m. and dispatched first responders to the intersection of SR-62 and Pierson Boulevard.

The Desert Hot Springs Police said Ocampo was riding a Suzuki GSX-R1100 when an SUV drove in front of him. The vehicle was attempting to cross the roadway and failed to yield to the deceased, who had the right of way.
Ocampo could not brake in time to avoid a collision and ended up crashing into the more significant automobile. Despite wearing a helmet, the man’s injuries were severe, and the authorities pronounced him dead at the scene.
The driver of the SUV, identified as a 37-year-old woman had severe trauma, and the medics took her to a local hospital for treatment. The authorities have not cited the female, as the investigators have not concluded their inquiry.
The police closed all eastbound lanes on the roadway for several hours while the investigators carried out their preliminary investigation. The accident report did not state if the deceased was wearing the US-DOT approved helmet that requires facial and eye protection.
Those involved in an auto-motorcycle collision should contact a motorcycle attorney for legal advice and representation.
