After the crash happened, the plane burst into flames, killing Garabedyan, who was the only occupant. Investigations are ongoing into the cause of the crash, with the Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board leading the findings.

Plane crashes are dangerous and mostly fatal whenever they occur. They can result from pilot errors, FAA violations, and faulty aircraft components. There are several types of injuries that a person involved in a plane crash can incur.

Airplane crashes can cause significant trauma to victims, leading to injuries such as brain damage, broken bones, back injuries, and burns. A crash victim may also suffer emotional trauma and exhibit a fear of crowds and flying afterward.

To prevent aircraft accidents, it is necessary that engineers ensure that they replace defective mechanical parts, while pilots must adhere strictly to FAA directives.

Accident reports show that bad weather plays a role in some plane crashes; hence pilots must avoid flying in such conditions. Pilots must also avoid distractions when they are flying aircraft to prevent errors that could lead to wrecks.
