A young woman who intentionally crashed her car in Cobb County, Georgia, killing one, would need a top accident lawyer’s services. The police took Cikaira Faison, 20, into custody on Monday evening, May 18th, for the accident.

The county police said that the event that led to the young woman’s arrest occurred a little after 7 p.m. on Barrett Parkway, precisely at the intersection of Dallas Highway. Faison was driving a green 2006 Volkswagen Beetle on the southbound lane when she intentionally rear-ended a silver 2002 Saturn SC1 stopped at a red light.

The driver of the second vehicle, Frank Thompson, 58, of Austell, sustained severe wounds that claimed his life. The authorities pronounced him dead at the scene. The female motorist did not sustain any injury from the collision, and the police detained her at the scene.

Further preliminary investigation led officers to believe that Faison rear-ended the Saturn intentionally, and they arrested her. The motive for the collision remains elusive, and the inquiry remains active. In the meantime, the authorities booked the suspect into the Cobb County Jail; they are holding her without bail.

Anyone with information about the fatal collision should contact the Cobb County Police Department on the listed line.

A rear-end collision is one of the types of motor vehicle accidents. Others are single-vehicle crashes, head-on collisions, and broadside-collisions. Traffic authorities advise drivers to maintain their lanes to prevent crashing against one another, and when an accident occurs, consult a top accident lawyer.
