Runover accidents leave the victim with traumatic injuries and often end in fatalities. Those who survive have life-altering injuries that affect the quality of life they live. When a pedestrian is not at fault in a runover crash, he or she can bring a personal injury lawsuit against the driver of the vehicle involved.
The victim would ask the court for compensation ranging from the loss suffered to medical bills accrued during treatment. The victim and the offender would need to hire a car injury attorney for legal advice and representation.
