RIVERSIDE, CA – Police have identified the 19-year-old killed as the result of a head-on collision in Llano Monday morning.
According to the Press-Enterprise, the collision occurred along the Pearblossom Highway just east of 248th Street East around 5 a.m.

Police say 19-year-old Maurice C. Hill Jr. was driving his 2008 Mazda 6 when he traveled into the oncoming lane and struck a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado head-on.
Hill was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Chevrolet, a 57-year-old man was taken to Antelope Valley Hospital to be treated for potentially serious injuries sustained in the wreck.
