ANZA, CA – A woman died on the Pacific Crest Trail on Wednesday, reports KTLA.
First responders were dispatched to the trail after receiving reports of a possibly dead hiker around 11:30 p.m.

Two hikers were located by a helicopter. One of the two hikers, an unidentified woman, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The incident is under investigation. Officers do not believe foul play was a factor in the death at this time.
