A woman in Wichita Falls, Texas, would need the services of a top accident lawyer after crashing a car during a police chase. The police on Wednesday, April 29th, took Ariel Isom into custody for evading arrest with a vehicle.
The preliminary accident report showed that at about 10:45 a.m., a motorcycle officer monitoring traffic in the 400-block of Central Freeway saw Isom driving a car at top speed. The woman was heading north, and the policeman’s radar gun indicated that she was going 81 miles per hour in a 60 miles per hour zone.

The officer attempted to pull the speeding driver over, but she continued driving. Isom then took the loop 11 exit and went south on Central Freeway. The report added that the woman weaved in and out of traffic, cutting in front of other vehicles in the process.
The policeman said that at this point, the driver was going over 100 miles per hour. The lawman stopped pursuing the suspect as it became evident that she did not plan to stop, and it would be unsafe to continue.
After making that decision, the officer spotted Isom taking the Iowa Park exit at top speed and followed her. When he got to the exit, he saw a large cloud of smoke coming out of the 1000-block of Central Freeway. It turned out that the suspect struck the curb and crashed, causing the car to roll several times.
The policeman, together with other officers, got the woman out of the car and took her into custody. They booked her into the Wichita County Jail, and set her bail at $2, 500, hence the need for a top accident lawyer.
