42-year-old Nathalie Higgins sustained severe injuries as the pickup truck she was a passenger in collided with a utility pole on Sunday, February 9 in Arlington. Local law enforcement verified that at approximately 6:03 p.m. local time, Ms. Higgins had been riding in a 2008 pickup truck operated by 34-year-old Tshikala Tshibaka.
