A woman from Washougal, Washington tragically died in a single-vehicle crash just east of Washougal last Sunday.
Local Clark County Sheriff’s Office deputies and emergency medical personnel were called to a rollover accident that occurred in the 34000 block of Southeast 20th Street, just east of Washougal, at approximately 4:28 p.m. local time on Sunday. A local resident who happened to be in the area of the tragic incident called to report they had discovered a Lexus SUV turned over onto its roof and its driver — later identified as 72-year-old Marsha Feldstein of Washougal — unresponsive.

Emergency responders reported that Feldstein was deceased upon arriving at the scene.
Law enforcement personnel believe that Feldstein’s vehicle left the roadway, struck a tree stump and flipped.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit also responded to the incident and is currently investigating the crash.
