On Thursday, May 28th, relatives of a man who worked as a clerk in a Gorman Liquor store filed a negligence lawsuit for his death in an accident in Valencia, California, early this year. The court document showed that the wife and children of 71-year-old Bashir Albadawi sued the suspect, Nancy Graham.
The court file disclosed that the deceased Frazier Park resident met his end after Graham rear-ended his vehicle on January 9th, and allegedly forced it down an embankment. The fatal crash took place close to the Gateway Village shopping center at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Albadawi sustained severe wounds and died soon afterward at an unspecified time. The deceased’s wife, Majeda, and their children Samer, Feras, Jessica, and Elinas alleged that Graham’s negligence and carelessness led to their patriarch’s death.
They want the Los Angeles Superior Court to find the woman guilty of negligence and wrongful death but did not specify the damages they want the court to award. One of Albadawi’s customers, Valerie Carson, described him as family-centered and as someone kind and compassionate to everyone.
Graham has not responded to the plaintiffs’ claims, and there’s currently no additional information at this time.
Wrongful death is a civil lawsuit brought by the family of a deceased person in a bid to recover damages for the loss suffered. It usually accompanies a negligence lawsuit, and the compensation the court grants covers loss of income, medical bills, and loss of consortium amid others.
