BAKERSFIELD, CA – A rollover crash in Bakersfield resulted in three young children being ejected and hospitalized on Wednesday, KEGT reports.
The accident occurred in the southbound lanes of Highway 99 in the area of Kimberlina Road around noon. The vehicle experienced a tire separation and left the roadway, throwing the children from the car.

California Highway Patrol reports that the car did not have any car seats and the children were not wearing seat-belts. All three children and their mother were hospitalized. The severity of their injuries has not been reported.
