FOWLER, CA – A teenager was hit and killed by a vehicle in Fowler on Monday, according to reports from ABC 30.
The victim was standing on the shoulder of Highway 99 when he stepped on to the highway and was hit by an oncoming Toyota Prius.

His injuries proved fatal and the teenager died at the scene. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police investigation.
