CHINO, CA – Officers with the Chino Police Department have reported a single fatality resulting from a collision and ensuing vehicle fire Monday night.
According to KTLA, firefighters responded to a reported vehicle fire within the 13400 block of Central Avenue at about 8:30 p.m.

Upon arrival, police officers were able to extract two victims trapped inside the flaming car and transport one to a local hospital with critical injuries.
Unfortunately, the 18-year-old female driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. A fourth occupant was uninjured in the crash.
Police believe the driver was heading northbound on Central Ave. when the driver swerved across all lanes and struck a tree.
