LOS ANGELES, CA – According to NBC Los Angeles, authorities shut down part of State Route 170 in North Hollywood following a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday morning.
Officials with the California Highway Patrol said the accident occurred in the southbound lanes near the Burbank Boulevard exit around 4:40 a.m.

All lanes of SR-170 South were temporarily blocked at Burbank Blvd to let Los Angeles firefighters respond to the scene.
At this time, it is unclear what caused the crash and whether anyone was harmed.
