LOS ANGELES, CA – Police are searching for the driver of a Kia that killed a pedestrian while engaged in a street race in south LA on Sunday, local news reports.
The 59-year-old victim was crossing Figueroa Street when he was struck by a dark grey Kia K5. He was taken to Harbor UCLA Medical Center where he died from his injuries.

Two other vehicles were present in the race with the Kia. None of the three drivers stopped at the scene.
