A driver in a Mazda Protege was waiting in a left turn lane when his vehicle was hit from behind by a Honda Accord. Police believe the Honda was travelling at an unsafe speed.
The Mazda driver died at the scene. The 23-year-old driver of the Honda was arrested for gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
