A woman who ran a red light in Victorville, California, leading to a crash, would need to hire auto accident attorneys. The accident, which occurred on Tuesday, April 7th, injured Shayna Alexander, 30, and David Salazar, 22.
The preliminary accident report showed that the crash occurred at about 10:56 p.m. at the intersection of Amargosa Road and Roy Rogers Drive. Alexander had been traveling south on Amargosa in a white 2005 Chevrolet Malibu when she ran a red light and collided with a 2013 Jeep on RRD.

Salazar was the one driving the Jeep. The force of the collision caused the two vehicles to overturn partially, and take down a metal traffic-signal light pole. When first responders got to the scene, they found the two cars badly damaged.
Alexander was trapped in her vehicle, and the Victorville Firefighters had to use heavy-rescue equipment to get her out. She sustained severe injuries, and the medics took her to Victor Valley Global Medical for treatment.
The doctors expect the driver to survive, and Salazar survived with injuries to his abdomen. The paramedics examined him at the scene in an ambulance, but there’s no report of them taking him to the hospital.
The investigation by the police also uncovered that Alexander had been in a heated argument earlier that night with some of her family members. The dispute occurred in the 16100-block of Del Norte, and the woman pulled a gun during the conflict.
The police found a gun in Alexander’s wrecked car matching the one she pulled earlier. They sent a report to the District Attorney’s Office for necessary legal actions. Salazar has the option of hiring auto accident attorneys if he wants to bring a civil lawsuit.
