LOS ANGELES, CA – Officials with the Los Angeles Fire Department say the roof of a commercial building collapsed after a massive fire on Tuesday morning.
According to FOX 11, the blaze started at a building on the 2700 block of Long Beach Avenue shortly before 3:40 a.m.

More than 140 firefighters responded to battle the fire.
At 5:30 a.m., fire crews were working to defend nearby homes from flames.
The fire caused the roof of the building to collapse.
LAFD stated the firefighters successfully put out the blaze in less than two hours.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.
What led to the fire remained under investigation.
