LOS ANGELES, CA – Police are on the hunt for the semi driver who injured a cyclist in the Boyle Heights area last month and then fled the scene, MyLA.com reports.
The truck collided with the bicyclist shortly after 6 p.m. on March 9, as it was entering a commercial fueling station on Olympic Boulevard east of Boyle Avenue. Its driver stopped briefly, then drove off without offering his identity.

Emergency responders rushed the 30-year-old cyclist to a hospital with multiple broken bones and internal injuries. He was treated there for several days before being released, and is currently recovering at home.
Los Angeles police are asking for help from anyone with any knowledge of the incident. They believe the truck in question is a 2015 Freightliner Columbia 120
