Motorcycle accidents are prevalent in the state of Texas, and it results in hundreds of injuries and deaths yearly. The built of the bike provides little or no protection for riders, leaving them vulnerable when their bodies hit the ground.
It is clear from accident reports that most motorcycle accidents occur due to the negligence of the riders. Motorcyclists are famous for throwing caution to the wind and going beyond the speed limit in total disregard for traffic laws.
Over speeding prevents the riders from being able to stop in time to avoid a collision or slow down to navigate a curve. Authorities have advised motorcycle enthusiasts to maintain the speed limit to prevent fatalities, and motorcyclists should never ride when intoxicated.
