The trailer overturned and landed in both lanes of the roadway. The ISP said that a white Ford F-350 Budget rental truck struck the underside of the more significant automobile after it overturned. A woman named Janeria Scott, of Harper Woods, Michigan, was driving the smaller car.
The female motorist sustained non-life threatening wounds, and the medics took her to an undisclosed hospital for treatment. Scott’s passenger, Gilbert Clark, 29, of Waco, Texas, also sustained wounds that didn’t kill him and he received treatment at the hospital.
The report failed to mention if Cedre suffered an injury in the accident, but the investigators cited him for an improper lane change, which is a traffic offense. There is no additional information about the accident.
Improper lane change is one of the causes of motor vehicle accidents, as seen in several accident reports. Drivers should consistently stick to the right lane of the roadway, and ensure that they have the right of way before switching lanes.
