Auto accident attorneys may not be required after two men who died in a Los Angeles, California, streetcar race were identified. The authorities on Wednesday, April 1st, released their names as Nathaniel Joseph, 28, and Keante Hoyett, 27.
The two men died at the scene of the streetcar race they were taking part in at Hancock Park. The fatal crash occurred at about 2 a.m. when Joseph and Hoyett were heading south on Highland Avenue.

The two men were driving BMW sedans, and when they got to the south of Melrose Avenue, the vehicles collided. Joseph and Hoyett crashed into palm trees, leaving their cars wrecked.
The Los Angeles Police Department said that asides from the men, a 30-year-old male passenger in one of the cars was severely injured. The man made it to the hospital but later succumbed to his wounds.
A female passenger in one of the cars was also injured, but it was not life-threatening. LAPD Cmdr. Marc Reina, in a press release, warned against the dangers of street racing. He said that it cost three people their lives.
The commander noted that the families of the men would be impacted forever. Reina asked drivers to obey the rules of the road, as any form of deviation is not worth it. The LAPD is keeping the case open and has asked anyone with information to contact their office.
