LOS ANGELES, CA – Authorities in the Westlake neighborhood have identified the driver they believe to be responsible for a late November hit-and-run collision that resulted in the death of a 76-year-old woman.
According to KFI, Police say 26-year-old Ronald Waldamar Jo-Jlux fatally struck Jeun Chu Ham while she was attempting to cross Miramar Street at the intersection with Union Avenue around 6 a.m.

The woman was struck by Toyota and dragged nearly 15 feet before falling off. The driver immediately fled the scene. Ham died at the hospital later the same day.
